Okay, I have just taken a week off (pointless I know but just needed time to get some ideas out) and I’ve decided to: Warm up throughly, at least 15mins using a rice sock. I can easily re-heat the rice sock when it gets cooler and I can do the warm up watching TV as oppose to in the sink in the bathroom like I had recently been doing (very suspicious!). Then do about 20-30 minutes of stretching, but GENTLE stretching. My problem was I could never get my head around what was right, hard, fast, gentle or whatever and nobody could really clear this up for me. I figured a mixture of standard stretches, v and a stretches held for a long time at a low tension will soften up the tunica nicely. If I do the V and A stretches at different points along my piece making sure not to get too close to nerves I think it will help aswell.

Then after my stretching, I’ll do 100 5 second jelqs. Maybe a little less to start with but then up them later. The previous stretching will hopefully soften up the tunica so that it expands more than normal with the slow jelqs.

I’m also going to start recording PIs an all that.

I think you’d be heading in the right direction. If I were you I’d emphasize the more subtle aspects of stretching- i.e. not going too hard but emphasizing a really relaxed and deep kind of stretch. Also, you’ve not said a peep about ADS. I think that whatever your routine might be that it makes a LOT of sense to warm down REALLY thoroughly and to then administer some ADS for at least 3 hours after your workout. If you’ve got a PE resistant dick, I’d certainly apply ADS after my workouts. Warmup-Workout-Warmdown-ADS. Do that for 3 months and see what happens! happy gaining!

Yeah I have looked into ADS recently, because I was thinking about it for a long time, and especially after seeing westsidetoni’s gains and seeing how he encorporated it into his routine, I am certain that it played a large part. Doesn’t an ADS focus mainly on ligs though? What ones do you recommend? Do you think I should buy or build?

Beenie I suggest you look up the thread for Ballooning gains. I am a hard gainer in the same boat as you and I have seen some results after just a week.

beenie169: Yes, ADS is, to my way of thinking, absolutely integral. You can work your dick until it’s purple, but if you don’t keep it extended then you can actually just end up wasting your time. The only thing I would spend if I were you would be a few bucks at wall mart for some golf swing weights and a self sticking ace bandage to apply a wrap to keep the weights on. When you need more weight then what you can fit on your dick then buy some Monty’s.

Oh yeah, rhubarb: could you summarise what you do when you balloon, I tried reading mr.hankey’s thread but it was very long and seemed to get dismissed a lot so I didn’t want to waste my time reading it if it wasn’t going to work. If its worked for you, what did you gain, and what is your routine?

Hey beenie169,

I, for one, am not into the devices that stretch out the penis in the vein of the penismaster or devices which strap your cock to your leg. I’m a weight hanger for ADS all the way. When you apply a wrap for golf weights, the wrap can indeed constrict the penis just like my complaint with “stretcher” ADS devices. However, once you really get familiar with the dynamics of hanging weights for ADS and how to wrap properly, I find it’s MUCH more comfortable and less of a PINCH- can you say, “nerve damage”?
