There’s nothing visible but from grabbing my head I have an incredibly sensitive raw area covering the entire top of my helmet. I wear boxers and bothers me to even walk. I can’t see what the hell it is but any contact, towel underwear etc. is uncomfortable.
It feels like someone swiped my head with a cheese grater. Fu*k this bullsh*t. I’m gonna let it heal and stick with hanging.
PUt some lotion or vitamin E on it after your stretching routines!! I find that helps me when I stretch.
Yeah, my dick was pretty red after a really hard day of manual stretching. However, I was using Kleenex due to lack of grip. This caused it to get quite red. But its all good now.
Yes, SWM! After a session whereby the penile skin has been stressed, through stretching, gripping, etc, I apply Vitamin E oil, as it helps to heal the skin quicker, and most importantly, at least in my opinion, it is in a moisturized condition, too! As compared to afterwards not applying any oil, or moisturizer, and you can see this condition when you have a dry, chalky-pasty look (like chalk powder, I suppose)!
It is important to apply a topical oil, cream, whatever, to help accelerate the healing process.

Are you guys grabing the head itself and pulling. If you are, no wonder it hurts. I do not grab the head itself, I grab just below it. I do not have any problems.

I can’t seem to get a grip that way (actually, it is difficult for me to get a grip using any method without grabbing RIGHT behind the glans). I am almost sure it is becase of the way I am cut. I have a skin bridge on each side of the glans ………
This is me in case you ever want to know what kind of psycho you're dealing with.
Try using baby powder or something so you can get a better grip on the shaft.
When I first started PE, I was given poor descriptions of the exercises, and I ended up stretching by pretty much just pulling on the head. Worse yet, I jelqed the entire dick, including the head. I stopped that a few days in when I felt a sharp, instantaneous pain in my glans, at which point my dick went near completely flaccid immediately.
I was scared shitless, and then started doing a LOT of reading, and eventually found good descriptions on this site and PE Forum, at which point I resumed PEing. :)
The next grip on my mule will from the bib hanger. I got lazy, stretched manually and paid for it; never again.
