Clamping for a month

You have to measure! That keeps me motivated. Above I have quoted mid section as it is my thinest part of the penis. The base will get up to 6 inches and below the head to 5.75 after the third clamp.

I did a 7 x 10min sessions. Only brought in more fluid so I stop at 3 or 4 x 10min.

Well I am glad i carried on. I can feel the shaft thickening up and the Glans has gotten alot bigger!! I havent seen any base girth improvements , but maybe im the glans\shaft kind of clamper gainer. I wont measure for like another month.0

So a whole 3 months of clamping is comeing up. In the past two weeks i incorporated 10 minutes of slow wet jelqs prior to one set of 15 min clamping consisting of 5 minute edge, shaft squeeze and palm head squezes and then one set of 15 minutes clamping consisting of 5 minute edge and then remaining just clamped for the remaining 10 minutes. I have noticed a fast increase in head size(love it!) in flaccid and errect state as well as high EQ. I still have no base girth gains or anymore mid erect gains yet. Vets, should I take a week brake or keep going for another month?

I’ve been clamping and pumping for a good few months now and I’m in a similar boat. I’ve noticed that the expansion I’m getting is more and more and more (used to only get 0.2 expansion and now 0.4 easily) but gains have not caught up which is kind of discouraging. Now it simply means that theres a much bigger difference between mt post routine size and my normal size. I hope one day it will catch up because my temp girth is nearly to my goal size!

AverageG- We both are seeing expansion so we defintley have gains soon!! I have decided to not take time off until I get big drop in EQ or gains of any kind stop.

Id like to think gains are coming for sure but only time will tell. I have great difficulty in judging when to have rest days. The past 2 days I’ve taken off and its the first time in a long while i have had 2 full days off. I haven’t measured as i feel i may be a little disappointed if there were to be no gains. Having said that I’m expecting big temp gains tonight post routine, and cant wait to use it afterwards.
Your goals are pretty much the same as mine which i believe to be the perfect size. I’m pretty close to 7.4x5.4 post routine and although I’m tapered naturally my shaft really evens out without any real fluid buildup and its a mean size!

I think ill be happy with my current bpel 7.5 or maybe go to 8. As for girth, ill be content with 5 to 5.25. I highly doubt 5.5 is achievable for me for MEG. The glans and base im sure is achievable for 5.5.

I think the size you describe above would look very aesthetically pleasing. 5 is a nice meg, and at the same time would help exaggerate the length…..with a big ol mushroom on top to finish off!

Oh and i just looked at your stats….how on earth did u gain 0.7 in length in around 4 months!!!!?!

When I first started PE I never focused on stretching, maybe did 5 to 10 minutes here and there and then eventually did not do any.. Around late novemeber\december I focused on stretching for 20 minutes and gained what I suspect were me “newbie” length gains. I stopped stretching and focused on just clamping somewhere in February, I believe. Im sure I gained a little length from the clamping as well. Depending on what happens with girth over the next month or two, I may switch it up back to length work to “shock” my penis. I don’t want my penis adapting to girth work. Hopefully length work can trigger a little girth!

So I have been doing 440s and squeezes on the first clamped set out of the three sets that I do. The glans is defintley growing!! I was wondering if a hour or two later, if it is ok to do another set of being clamped while in the shower? Or is this a bad approach since I already did my three sets?

You could always try and just keep it under lighter constriction? I’ve started adding 3 mini sets throughout the day just for 5 mins at a time with a lighter constriction just to keep my temporary girth close to my post main routine girth i do at night.

I too have noticed glans increase….its looks very aesthetically pleasing when its the slightly bigger than the shaft. I wish id taken than measurement before i started pe. Its around 5.1 now and looks great IMO when the foreskins sitting back! Only a year or so ago my head had never been exposes in my life but having sorted that out is great. My lady speaks of my mushroom daily now and loves wrapping her lips round it!

Does anyone have any special tips on getting base girth? I still have not got any from clamping. Im takeing a few weeks off in june , but I don’t know if you gan alot on breaks. I had alot hope to be satisfied with just a half inch to three quater base gain if that was all the girth gain I got on my penis. Am I at the stage where this won’t work for me If all I’m gaining is glans size in 4 months?

The gain on the glans is good ….

For perimeter you must put the clamp the nearest base

I put the clamp on with the screw at the bottom.. Your saying to do the clamp where the screw is on the side? I thought screw on bottom is correct way to clamp?
