Can Some of You PE Gurus Lend a Quick Hand

My dick needs a break, BAD.

I’m rediscorvering water at work, gives you good softies.

But stress, anti-depressants, and jurking the gurkin too much has left my penis (and libido) unhappy.

So I’m looking to take a long break (say a week or 2?), take a supplement, and then get back into the game.

The stress I’m trying to work on.

The pills I quit cold turkey.

Any of you have some advice as far as jumping back into PE?

How bout a routine, some supplement suggestion.

I was looking into maybe Gingko Biloba, and some jelqing & stretching in the bathtub. Also read some interesting routine stuff in this book called “The Multiple Orgasm Man”. Will update on that.

Two weeks wouldn’t be considered a “long break.” A month or so would give your penis a good rest. If you lose any size during that time it should return easily when you start PE again. Of course continuing to drink lots of water would be beneficial.

Stopping antidepressants suddenly is not a good idea. Most of them need to be reduced over time and stopping them at all should be discussed with your doctor.

Get your life in better order and leave PE until you’re in better shape. It isn’t going to be a “cure all” for you. It’s only an adjunct. A thing that will help you feel better about yourself. When you do start again, the simple Newbie Routine works for many guys. No need to do anything more for a while.

Ginkgo biloba can react badlly with some antidepressants and can cause you to have blood clotting problems (excess bleeding).

Reducing masturbation might be difficult, but in the long run would probably help your penis recover. Don’t worry about becoming multiorgasmic now. Just get back to normal functioning.

I don’t know what you think Ginkgo Biloba will do for you, given the rest of your post. Maybe help you to remember to spell it properly?

Anyway.

The Multiple Orgasm Man is and excellent book and was my introduction to PE. The routine advocated in there for enlargement is somewhat simplified, but it works. I think the Newbie Routine is better, though. The rest of the book is very good as well, although it takes a while to really understand what you’re doing with it.

Once you get it though….:thumbs:

I’d like to restress westla’s advice: Get your life in better order and leave PE until you're in better shape.

Mantak Chia’s book has it’s roots in Taoism, which has a lot to do with the concept of ‘balance’. We can all stand to have a go at keeping ourselves balanced.

Oftentimes we look to sex or sexual activity to make us feel better but, more often than not, sex (etc.) can be a way of avoiding what’s truly standing in the way of our happiness.

Give your dick a good long break, re-assess, make positive changes in your life, and then get back to it.

Far as the anti-depressents go, nothing I can do about it now. I’ve already been of them for almost 2 weeks.
