Anyone With Low Starting LOT Made Big Gains


I also started with a LOT between 7:00 and 7:30. I gained 1/4 inch the first week, 1/2 inch the first month, and 15/16 by the end of two months. I did this primarily with V-stretches at about 8:30 while sitting in a hot bath. I would stretch continuously for 15-20 minutes, switching hands whenever fatigue or discomfort developed, for 4-6 days a week After a few months, I found that for some reason I could no longer maintain a satisfactory grip underwater (maybe the head is a little softer?) and switched to stretching under an infrared lamp. However, I have not been able to consistently work at it the last four months and have added only an additional 1/8 to 3/16 in that time. My starting BPEL was 6.0 inches, so I am now at 7-1/8 inches BPEL. My BPFSL is 7-5/8 inches, and NBPFL is usually about 5 to 5-1/2 inches, up from about 2-1/2 to 3 inches at the start. My starting midshaft EG was 5-1/2 inches. This actually dropped to 5-3/8 inches during the first week, but came back up to 5-1/2 after 4 or 5 jelq sessions. I have done no girth work since then, and EG remains at 5-1/2 inches. I also experienced some difficulty achieving and maintaining an erection after that first week, but function returned after a two day layoff. Unforunately, my unit seems to be less sensitive, and my orgasms have definitely lost a good bit of intensity, so I may have caused some nerve damage. By the way, I am 51 years old - sure wish I knew about PE 35 years ago!

I’m new here and have been pe’ing for 3 months (started 01/09/2004). At first I didn’t know about LOT or even hot wraps and have only discovered Thunder’s about a month ago. I started off with 100 wet jelqs and work my way up to 1600 max (mostly 1200-1400), 5 days a week. After a couple of weeks I started to use hot wraps before and after and for the last couple off weeks I started stretching. I think my LOT is 7-8, but don’t know if the 2 months of jelging beforehand affected it at all. Anyway, I figured I’ll consentrate on v-stretches, with a couple of other direction thrown in for good measure (excuse the pun). I don’t think the stretches had much impact yet and contribute my gains so far to wet jelqs, hot wraps, moisturiser after a shower and faith.

Btw, if you guys lay off from jelqing for such a period or longer, ease into it for the firsyt couple of days. I did 800 jelq the other day and got a bit of a fright when I looked at my circum scar, thought I was sqeazing blood
through my skin. Not serious through, just looked bad for a day or so.

I supposedly have 7:30 LOT, i believe ive seen .1 gain in 1 week but it could be wishful thinking :P I’m gonna keep at it and see in 3 more weeks. If it is indeed .1 per week then i’ll have gained .4.

Remember one thing - to make “big gains” you need a lot more tunica growth than lig stretching (unless you want your penile exit point to be down around your asshole, throwing off your coital geometry, lol).

High LOT just usually means some quick lig gains - maybe a fast 0.5-0.75” or so. But if you think you’re going to get 2” of lig gains, think again.

The tunica is the motherf*****r. That’s where the “big gains” come from. That and the chambers (CC/CS). High, tight ligs can yield some quick gains - but not huge gains.

The shaft is the body of the penis itself. It is possible to gain length without enlarging the shaft by stretching the ligaments that hold the penis to the pubic bone. The penis won’t come up further toward (or beyond) the navel, but it will hang lower as the ligaments loosen.

Thanks for that Wadzilla. Most helpful! I have a LOT around 7:30, and sofar I’ve been targeting my ligs—first through hanging and then through stretching. I saw about 3/8 initial gains, but then nothing for the past four months. I’ve assumed I had more in my ligs to give. But perhaps not. It’s tunica time for me.

From reading what you guys have Posted this is my second week of PEing. I figured out that my LOT is between 6-6:30. So this means I supposingly can’t achieve great gains? or does this mean I mostly need to exercise my Tunica(upper stretch)?

Go for the tunica. Read what Wadzilla says above. The key point is: All big gainers have acquired a significant portion of their gains from the tunica. Therefore, even if someone should not be able to squeeze anything out of his ligs, there should still be potential in his tunica. But don’t forget about the ligs. After all, Bib’s LOT theory is not science.


A couple of things. How did you arrive at the “all big gainers have acquired a significant portion of their gains from the tunica”? Also, Bigger’s LOT theory is not hammered in stone, it is a theory based on some pretty good thought though.

I’m really just reiterating what Wadzilla says above. But don’t hold him accountable for my comments. I certainly don’t know whether all big gainers have acquired a significant portion of their gains from the tunica, as my claim is not science either. But it does make sense to suppose that anyone who gains, say, over 2” has got a reasonable portion of this from the tunica. After all, how much are the ligs really capable of stretching? Read what Wadzilla says above and tell me what you think. Moreover, it does appear that big gainers have put a lot of time into stretching the tunica as well as the ligs. So once again, I’m inferring from this that a reasonable portion of their gains are from this tunica work.

As for Bib’s LOT theory, I know it’s based on much thought and experience, and I certainly don’t mean to contravene it. In fact I apply it, and I have much respect for Bib, as most or all of us do. However, it is a theory that has not been supported by any controlled experimentation. In this sense it is not science. Yet sometimes I get the sense that it’s being put forward as science—again, as a theory that has been demonstrated through repeated experimentation, with all relevant variables controlled for. Thus some may be led to think that if they have an extremely low LOT (say, 6:00 or 6:30), they are not going to see any lig gains, perhaps little or no gain at all. My own opinion is that this conclusion would be wrong. But again, I do take the theory to heart and apply it. As I state above, I’ve been focusing on the ligs thus far, with a lot of about 7:30. I’ve seen some initial gains, but nothing in the last four months, during which time I’ve been manual stretching and jelqing. I’m going to try hanging again, though my time is very limited, and I’m going to focus on the tunica and see where that gets me.

This might make an interesting thread, though. To all “big (length) gainers”: What percentage of your gains would you attribute to the ligs and what percentage to the tunica?

I was just thinking, I’m sure this has been mentioned before some where on this Website but I figured since my LOT is Low(6:00) and having a Low LOT you should stretch the Tunica to get most of your gains, Then why Not Jelq up also, I tried it today and I got pretty fatigued considering I usually bring myself to a full erection after jelqing and I could not at all. I feel pretty good that I made myself fatigued meaning I had a pretty good work out. But tonight im going to the bar with these girls and my friends and If one of them wants to have sex and I can’t get a boner I’m gunna be pissed. Well I guess I could just think “who cares my dicks growing for the next girl to come along”. Any opinions on this technique would be helpful.
