My schedule with the Andro and my routine.
15 minutes manual stretch in the morning in bed.
Andro from about 6:30am to 7:30am.
Gym from 7:30am to 9:00am.
9am to 11am Jelqing and hanging (I work at home, kids are in school and wife at work)
Andro till 4:30pm
Back to the gym 5pm to 6:30pm
Andro 7pm to 10pm
10pm to 10:30pm light stretching in the shower
5 days on/2 days off except Andro use.
This is my daily goal, however it may vary from time to time due to other activities or work schedule. I also clamp on occasion to stimulate girth.
