100% hard jelqing

I know many people say not to be fully erect when jelqing - why?

I am usually 80-100% erect and it seems to work well. I jelq dry, usually watching some porn. I concentrate on squeezing just the tunica because too much pressure on the top or bottom side can hurt. I have only been jelqing regularly for a few days but I have been at PE since the start of the year.

I feel like this is working, I will measure in about a week. It seems that I get some stretch on the tunica when as I move my hand up since it is pushing into my erection. Tough to explain but its like how your bedsheets get very tight when you stand on the bed since your feet push into the mattress. Also there is the regular benefit of jelqing which is increased pressure.

What to you think?

Because people who did it especially in the beginning stages had a very hard chance of injury. It’s up to you. I would say it’s better safe than sorry.

If your just starting out be careful, but I have found that 100% erect jelqing is mostly a girth exercise. I got better length results at 70%

I jelq between 85-100% and I absolutely love it. I do it watching porn as well, and use some lube. I notice I get a little sore from it, but no big deal. I squeeze the sides of my member hard with each jelq, and go slow as well.

Why not 100%? Because you have better control. Think about one of those small ketchup packets you get at a fast food restaurant. They are not 100% full. If you squeeze one end of a sealed packet you have some control over how much pressure is put on the other end. If it was totally full (like 100% erect) applying pressure to it, even a small amount, would cause it to rupture. You can rupture your dick, too. During the jelqing exercise you want to slowly move blood toward the end of your penis which causes the tissues to expand. If you do this enough, they will grow to accommodate the pressure. You don’t have any control with a fully erect penis. Squeezing it causes pressure to move in all directions. You want to be able to focus that movement of pressure and the way to do that is with a 60-80% erection.

You’ll hurt yourself and set your PE career back significantly if you aren’t careful. Avoiding erect jelqs is being careful.

I have to agree with Dino on this one. I have been erect jelqing for the past two months or so and I have noticed a significant girth increase. Even though I only go at fully 100% erect every now and then because I found that it leaves me very sore, however I do stay at 90% easy. I have also noticed that my length gains have stopped when I focus on erect jelqing. If I want to go for length I usually jelq at 35%-50% with a downward stretch added at the end of every 4 second stroke.

I better add that I waited 3 months before I tried any of this.

That westla is a smart man! I was going to put the analogy in terms of a balloon. Those balloon clowns who make funny shapes and animals, never use a 100% full balloon. When you squeeze a 100% full balloon pressure is exerted equally in all directions, girth is easier than length. When you have a shaped balloon (much like your penis) and it is not at 100%, the pressure when go the path of least resistance to the tip. As your hand moves up the shaft during the jelq, the pressure increases at the appropriate place, the end of the tunica, promoting growth as westla said.

You and I have made great strides with the same jelq/stretch combo. It has done wonders for me. 35% to 50% erect is fine for gaining length. And as Westla has so succinctly pointed out, you have more control.

If your dry jelqing at 100% the pressure is moved forward and outward, wouldnt that be ideal if opting for a girth workout.

Some here think that squeezing on a 100% erect penis is OK and will give them better girth gains. I think it’s dangerous. Dry or wet, trying to “move” blood in a tube that is already 100% full will put a strain in the whole tunica. That seems to make sense as far a working for girth, but it also puts pressure on any weak areas and those will be the first to blow. Won’t it be fun trying to explain to the urologist how you ruptured your CC?

What is your recommendation for increasing girth without expanding beyond 100%?
