Your concentration, focus and erection levels

I’m starting to conclude that if I keep my concentration, intense focus and erection level at a constant I’m making great strides in the battle against an average size penis. What do you guys think? I’m curious as to how much intense focus you put into your session.

I’m 5.5 BPEL. When I wet jelq, I face towards a mirror, concentrating on every stroke and visualizing it growing longer. I’m not gay, but the sight of my shiny glans in the mirror excites/encourages me to keep at it.

I think that focus is the key.

I have been at this for a couple months, and have made gains, but I still feel that I have yet to completely get the hang of it. It seems like it would be easy, but it is not.

As my erection level does not stay constant through the jelqing session, I have to vary the amount of squeeze according to the erection level at the moment.

I also have to make sure I don’t go too fast, and always reminding myself not to squeeze too hard.

So I agree, you can’t just yank away, you have to pay attention to what you are doing with every stroke.

If you don’t, you are definitely not getting all the gains you can, or you might be yanking away and not get any gains.

Kevin12; I strongly agree with your focus and concentration statement. I find that if I am distracted, my workouts are not as productive. When I started, it was difficult to maintain focus. My routine was to jelq in sets of 30, renewing the focus and erection in between each set. I would complete 7 sets, at 30 per set. Now, my concentration is better and I have moved up to sets of 80 and sometimes 100 reps. I am now completing 3 sets of 80-100. You must clear your mind and focus on your technique, A set of 100 can take awhile and if your mind wanders then you lose focus and will not achieve your results.

I find that I can concentrate more on jelqing if I jelq for a set amount of time as opposed to a certain number of jelqs.

This is why I recommend slower jelqing it forces you to pay attention. Imagine yourself getting bigger, that’s cool!
