I was thinking about looking into herbal supplements, just for general health more than anything.
I’ve found that Ginger, Garlic, Ginkgo, and Cayenne seem to be popular. Anyone have any thoughts on these? I take One-A-Day Men’s Formula. I’ve been hesitant to use things such as L-arginine, because of price and I am hesitant to take too much stuff.
I also have very cold hands and notice that when I shake hands with people, they seem to be very hot!
I have been masturbating maybe once or twice a week, and notice that it turtles more afterwards, and have been trying to back that off.
It might be useful to note that I am 20, 6’, and 160lbs, so relatively thin.
