Yellow liquid accumulates in the vacuum cap after the extender set

Yellow liquid accumulates in the vacuum cap after the extender set

Hello everyone. I started to enlarge my penis in 2016, performed manual routines periodically and mainly wore a penimaster pro vacuum extender. When wearing Penimaster pro, I always smeared the head (except for the hole from the urethra) with Vinilin(analog of Penimaster original gel. The breaks were and were very long. At the beginning of penis enlargement, when I just started wearing a vacuum extender, after each set the head was white and swollen. For about a year and a half I’ve been doing 1 four-hour set (I did it according to Shurplanet’s instructions, if someone know this guy from russian forums) a day, every day, with rare days off. About two years ago, the head began to become covered with red dots, and closer to the current injury, the number of red dots on the head became so large that they formed one large dark red spot, similar to a birthmark. About 2 months ago, after each set, yellow liquid began to accumulate in the vacuum hood. Liquid, as I noticed a little later, began to stand out from these red dots. At some point after the next set, I took off the cap, tried to pee, and a stream of blood flowed out of my penis with sharp pain, as if something had burst in the urethra (in the canal itself). At the same time, when I leaked several more times after that, a little blood also came out and there was a cutting sensation in the urethra. A little later, I saw blood flowing out of the surface of the urethra/urethral lips (or what it’s called, I don’t know). I took another break for a month to let everything pass. After a month, the penis seemed to be completely restored, I started wearing the extender a few days ago and saw that the yellow liquid also continued to accumulate in the cap. Since I now cover the surface of the urethral opening with Vinilin, it seems like nothing is bursting inside and there is no blood, although the opening itself is bright red inside and out, as if it is about to crack and blood will flow from there. Also, it hurts under the head when the penis is stretched, even slightly, despite the fact that the extender was reduced by 1 cm. And also, before the last break, as now, the skin peels off the head in small pieces after sets. Please tell me what could be causing this injury and how to avoid it in the future.

Have you seen a doctor? From what you describe, I would be worried that you have a UTI (urinary track infection) which may require antibiotics to cure. Continuing to use the extender may be causing more irritation. The yellow fluid could be an indication of the UTI as is the blood.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

From my experience, your first problem was too much tension on the extender, pulling lymphatic fluid through the skin of the glans. Which isn’t actually skin, but "mucous membrane" according to medical terminology.

The red dots and spot sound like petechiae; burst blood vessels inside the glans, also a symptom of too much tension.

I’m one of the unfortunates who has run into both, several times, as I apparently have a lower than normal tolerance for vacuum.

A Urinary Tract Infection test as 32quarters suggests is still a good idea, because the damage *should* have healed during your break. I don’t have any explanation for bleeding from the urethra; another reason a visit to the doctor is advisable.

No, I haven’t visited the doctor yet. Thanks for taking care of me. The last time I had blood from the urethra was two months ago. The yellow liquid, as I have already understood, is secreted from the surface of the glans penis itself, and not from the urethra. A burning sensation in the urethra appeared yesterday, if it continues for another couple of days, you may still need to see a doctor. It’s just that this is more likely a mechanical damage to the urethra than an infection, since the burning sensation began precisely after I carried the extender for 2 hours straight without adaptation. I decided to take a break until complete recovery and gradually increase the wearing time and tension level in the future.

It is strange but when this problem occured the tension was lower than it always was before, when there was no such problem. Did you manage to somehow fix this problem with the vacuum extender or did you start doing something else?

Do you both think that if the glans penis becomes coarser due to the fact that it is not covered, will it become at least a little more resistant to damage to the vacuum or nothing will change?

AndyJ, thanks for your concern too.

It could have been a tear in the urethra. It’s fairly common when jelquing. This is the first time I’ve seen mention of it with a vacuum extender. Not all the tissues of the penis stretch at the same rate, and the urethra is not very strong and is easily damaged.

The cracked or fissured look is called "keratinization", the reaction of the glans to being abused by the vacuum cup. It will gradually become less of a problem, and should eventually stop happening. How long it takes varies widely between men. Some lucky ones never have the problem at all. You can experiment with various moisturizing creams or lotions; some of them can help.

I agree with Andy, the yellowish liquid is serum pulled through the mucosal membrane of the glans. It’s normal, to a degree, but if the amount is too much it indicates there is too much vacuum space between the cap and the glans. This extra space would also lead to the petechiae since the vacuum pressure goes up as the glans pulls away from the cap under tension.

I wonder if the blood and stinging from your urethral opening (the meatus) is from similar over-expansion at the end of the cup that has too much dead space created under tension. The meatus mucosa can tear a little, which can cause bleeding and stinging pain with urination.

Have you tried either a tape job to prevent over expansion of the glans, or the water seal technique? Both help prevent the glans from over-expanding from dead space and causing the issues you describe. The tape will absorb some of the fluid but this can decrease the adhesiveness and eventually the effectiveness of the tape. The water seal technique (which I’ve been using for about a month with great success) eliminates all these issues.

There is one version of it on a link on this reddit page here, if you’re interested: https://www.red … nd_updated_faq/

I use a slightly different technique with a couple of short sleeves (about 6cm long) layered at the end of my shaft just below the glans, which creates a tighter seal with the edges of the water-filled cup. This enables me to use a slightly larger cup to expand my glans a bit more during the hanging or ADS session which will hopefully increase head girth over time. But the water prevents the problems that can come with an over-sized vacuum cup.

Rock out with your cock out!

Yes, this is most likely a rupture, there is practically no burning sensation anymore. As for creams and lotions, I’ll have to try them. Thanks for the advice.

No, I have not tried the tape plastic or water seal technique. Your link doesn’t work. Are there other places I can read about this or can you update the link?
The design for a water seal technician should look something like one from the next link ex-001bn / VFL.Ru — надёжный и быстрый фотохостинг с 2009 года The photo shows an extender with a hydro-vacuum cap, into which water is collected and a silicone sleeve is put on top of the cap.
