I am starting my 6th week of the “Newbie Routine”, which I may continue or slightly modify after this week. I have tried to follow it the best I can, although I have missed a day here or there, but did 200 the first 2 weeks and then increased 100 each week, so I did 300 week 3, 400 week 4, etc.

Also, did 5 minutes of stretching for 2 weeks, then increased to 7.5 for 2 weeks, and then 10 minutes.

Anyway, if you look at my stats in my below I was 16cm on 3/2, but today I am 16.5cm. I will keep on keeping on and, hopefully, hit 17.8cm.

My girth is still the same.
