Started manual PE on the 26th of Nov. 01 to overcome a 48 Year atrophy of 3/4 of an inch. Measured 6” at 18 years old….never thought any more about it until I read about the possibility of atrophy over time. Checked it out last Nov. and sure enough…
5 1/4” . Needless to say, I could not let this happen if there was something I could do about it. Soooo!, I started Manual PE for one hour a day, five days a week. Routine: 5 min. warmup, 30 min. manual stretch (r,l,up,down, out, twirl l&r) for a 30 count with the exception of the out, which is a 50 count. Jelq right for 10 min. then left for 10 min. followed by a 5 min. (‘lightning round’) all directions, all speeds jelq. Then a 5 min. warmdown.
Results: 5 1/4” X 5” erect on 26 Nov 01 to 6 1/4” X 5 1/2 erect
on 11 JUL 02.
Heard the magic words last Saturday from my wife of 42 years…..
“You are getting bigger”. She knows about the exercises and is very understanding about my wanting to get back what we have lost. Now I’m wondering about where to go from here ????
Maybe a 8X6…….
Thanks Thunder for this great PE site….and to the other Moderators for your keen insights…. and to all the other contributers.
Maybe I need a ‘name change’ now……..resize
