I turtle after soccer and can’t wear any sort of device or wrap during play for obvious reasons.
Same with cycling, but I do wear wrap when I ride.
Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.
As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.
Going for the magic 8"x6"
So the turtleing happens to most of us. When i am hitting the weights or boxing my thing srinks well bad like half the size soon as i have finished the work out its back. Now if i am on any pre workout supplement like jack3d it stays turtle for long time.
