Work keeping me from PE

Okay so i started a new job two weeks ago and since then i haven’t been able to do any PE exercises the reason is because i work from 7am till 5:30pm and when i get home I’m really exhausted since my job is doing electrical work on some building apartments and most of the day I’m going up the stairs and carrying boxes full of wires, i want to start PE again but i have little to no time since most days i go to sleep at 8 or 9pm so i can be well rested for the next day of work. Can someone please help me by telling me ways that you are able to do PE even though you work almost all day, i used to do PE at night since i didn’t used to work and i was 18 so i didn’t had a job but now i do and its the first time i have ever worked so its kinda hard for me to fit PE into my tight schedule please help.

Dry jelqs when using the bathroom and maybe an ADS. Try a kegel heavy workout throughout the day.

Pe when you first get up. Look there are two times a day when your testosterone is naturally high, first thing in the morning right before you get up and around the time you get off from work. I wouldn’t suggest you PE at work unless you like the thought of getting fired for masturbating in the bathroom. You don’t need to risk your job, and you don’t need to PE for hours to grow. What I would suggest is perform 2-3 sets of dry jelqs followed by 2-3 sets of wet jelqs in the morning when you get the best erection of the day, and then stretches at night when you’re too tired to get it up. Those two moves at the right time a day will have you groing huge in no time.

Or you could quit your complaining and pe the way other people with highly stressful jobs and family life do. Once a week for all out failure taking more days to rest and performing edging and light exercises for recovery instead of regular PE sessions. The trick is to do light wet jelqs every so you don’t atrophy due to injuries and warm up more often.

I agree that if it’s important to you, you’ll find a way to get it done. A few minutes in the morning, a few minutes after work in the shower. There’s always a way.

Also, please use I and not i, and start breaking up those huge sentences into smaller bites.
