So I will try to keep this short. This is my very first post. I’m asking for insight from the Vet’s and “Lucky gainers.”
I started PE at BPEL being 5.90 and after four months of the newbie routine I jumped to 6.5 BPEL. Girth then 4, and Girth now 4.5.
I have a Low lot, and the skin on the underside where my septum is… Kinda short (tight). :-( I know I have to stretch this, and it hurts sometimes.
I have been very safe with this. 5 warm up in the tub, with 30 second stretches, and started with 100 kind of intense Jelqs. (Which in fact caused
The infamous red spots and made my guy down there very tired.) Then I read that if ya go to hard. . You sacrifice EQ. So I dialed it back and treated
Myself as a “Less is more” guy. By that time I had worked my war up to 200 (Honey stick) jelqs in all different directions. Mostly up, cause I’m one of the

Pleasure and yet, a whole butt-load of stress. I also know that if you “freak out” and get depressed over your penis, you’re working against your guy
Because of his reliance on the sympathetic nervous system. Me being a Gay guy, it’s harder to break the stress than you think. Look at it this way;
When you’re straight, you don’t have to worry about comparing yourself to another penis in direct contact with the moment.

So here is where I need the guidance and the “pep talk” from all you guys who give me hope. I’ve seen the photos and I have read the Triumphs of many.

I measured myself yesterday and I was at 6.20 BPEL. (Yikes) shrink. I will admit a day before that I had a fantastic session where I was almost hitting the 7 mark mid jelq.
So I was super hard, cause I was kinda turned on by myself, and I thought. . This will work. Some guys here “Hard Jelq” and it does the trick. So I did. Should I have not?
Should I Decon? Should I shock routine? Is it time to hang or pump? I had also taken an L-arginine and L- citruline powder before the Jelq. Is this why I may have had
Such a plump hard-on?

I know every man is different, and no gainer is the same. I see this in the gym, as I’m working on becoming a personal trainer. I notice there are similar philosophies to
Jelqing and Body building. I know the breakdown is not the same, but I know there are similar “goals” for Body builder and PE’r alike. So. . Any info would be ultimately

a) forget the LOT theory. It’s history…

b) no panic for the 6.2 measurement. The erection level and the “day shape” can vary quite a lot.

c) you grew with the “lighter is better” approach. You are in the zone! So why for heavens sake would you deliberately leave it? Just go on with what you did because it IS working.

There is so much pressure in our heads about that 3 months deadline. I think a lot of successful Newbie Routine fellows in PE left the zone just because they thought that after three months they could move to the “real stuff”. And leaved their individual gaining zone. What a pity!

You don’t! Because now you know you shouldn’t. :-)

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 2 weeks and a bit I went 4 days in a row right off the bat and am now doing 2 on 1 off but I can’t really get a good hard on now? I have been doing 5 min warmup then 7 min stretching then 200 wet jelqs . Do you think I went to hard off the bat and that’s why I can’t get a good erection now ?? Did you experience this at all the first couple weeks? Should I take a few extra days off maybe or just keep on my 2 and 1 and hopefully it will get better?

A tailing off of erection quality is a good indicator of doing too much.

Rest until your erections return, and then go lightly and keep an eye in erection quality as your guide.

Thanks a-unit ill take some time off and get back into it . Jelq a little lighter and another ? I had was are you supposed to be limp or have a semi when doing manual stretching because I’ve been doing it with a semi just thought that might be a problem with my EQ? Lol Probly sound dumb but really new to this

Thanks for the guidance. I suppose a rest and then a less is more approach is still a good idea.
