Will a compression extender & ADS be enough?

I’ve been doing PE off and on for about two years now, going through several devices in the process. I currently have a flaccid stretched length of a little over 20 cm, and my goal is 23 cm (~9 in) non-bone-pressed erect length. My routine consists of manual stretches, compression hanging, compression extending, and then at least 5 hours in an ADS.

Do you think that compression hanging is essential to reach my goal? I’m currently hanging with about 12 lbs, but this quickly irritates the glans, so I usually just do one set before moving on to compression extending. I tolerate compression extending much better.

Any advice?

Are you doing all exercises in one workout ? How long is the stretching part ? ( in minutes), how long is the hanging part with that weight ? How long are you extending, and at what force ?

I may be that you are doing too much, or not - depends on your physical indicators.

I would say, that as long as you are doing the hole routine, I suggest that you don’t go heavier on the hanging, 12 lbs is a lot in my opinion.

I usually do 3 sets of 10 - 15 minutes of compression hanging (14 - 16 lbs) followed by at least two sets of compression extending. I also do manual stretches and jelqing between sets, and then an ADS to finish. I don’t know what the tension is on the compression extender.

I meant to add that the compression extending sets are 20 minutes each.
