Why the reduced perception
Is there a reason for a perceived sense of smallness? I hopped on here and saw all these pre-PE numbers, post-PE numbers, goals, etc.. And thought what the hell. I finally found out what “BPEL” meant and gave it a try and was amazed at 6.75” (no PE), while the girth wasn’t so great at 4.75” base, 4.25” mid and 4.5” towards the end. I guess it’s the porn industry and the select few with well-above-average sized dongs, or perhaps my lack of girth.. Maybe both.
I read over and over again that it seems easier to concentrate on length, then work on girth later since girth is relatively easier and once you get the girth up, the length is much harder to work on.
My goal: from BPEL of 6.75 to 8.0 and EG from ~4.5 to ~6.0
My plan: 1st month light stretching only, 2nd 100 jelqs a day / moderate stretching, 3rd 200 jelqs / moderate stretching, 4th 300 jelqs / more stretching, 5th 300 jelqs / weight hanging, 6th 300 jelqs / weight hanging, and every month after that the same thing over and over except starting to include light clamping, then moderate clamping, etc.
The routine I listed is basically the newbie routine expanded over a longer period. I’ve read all about warm up and cooldown, and so far so good. I’ll do the routines in the shower as a means of warm up, but still working on a solution for cool down.
