First of all, sorry for my English, I just moved from the Spanish section of the forum (It seems that there’s not as much support as here)

I’m starting again with the newbie routine, but here is my question: When may I implement the use of a pump? I already read articles about the recommended routines on the forum but I haven’t found anything about how to adapt it to the basics.

I recommend using a pump only after the newbie routine and manual work no longer produce gains.

After that purchase a traditional cylinder of quality and make sure your pump has a gauge. There’s more to discuss regarding pumping, but there’s plenty of time for that later.

I bought a water pump two month ago and start pumping.

And start exploring google. Discover PE maybe one month later.

Of course, I like to be smart ass, so I involve a pump into newbie routine.

Basically, I used it on start for worm up 5-7 minutes, low pressure, and on the end of session, low to medium pressure 10-15 minutes. Days 3-1, 2-1.

Is it OK, or I got really forget pump for next 3 months?!

Is better routine 5-2 days training/resting?

And I add 3 times a week kegeling with weight 0,5 pound, maybe less..

So, what you veterans can advice me.

I don’t want to stop myself psychologically, if I shall be doing wrong for months.

It takes time to start pumping, don’t hurry with it.

Hi.
When to implement varies from person to person. Start with Linear Newbie Routine for 4-6 months, to get your penis conditioned. Pumping at low pressure won’t require too much conditioning period (with gauge, pumping is really controllable).
