A great shame for sure. I’m not sure what the general consensus is on maintenance routines and how much you need to do. I’m sure some people will need heavier routines than others.
Personally i don’t think i will need much. Perhaps 5mins wet jelq, 5mins dry jelq, and some edging here and there whilst lightly clamped. Just lightly.

I still got 0.55bpel and 0.650meg before i get there mind.

How sure are you on this? If this is true, PE is much less appealing for me. I hoped to do this 2-3 years more and be my goal size. I would not want to do PE in a few years when I would have kids or something at home. I’d rather have a girl get used to my penis size X than to let it get used to penis size X+Y and than feel it getting smaller over time to size X.

I thought some gains were permanent, and others needed time to sink in.. Like let’s say you gained 1” over the last year, than the first half year is sinked in and the last half year you would lose. Something like that.

Not even life itself is “permanent”. This may sound harsh, but it is what will happen if you just quit and don’t look back.

For how long our gains will last … I don’t know. Good news is that could be years.

I have reach my goal and beyond. PE is a lifestyle and sometimes I think that I go and see how far I can get until I can’t get more gains. And have squeezed out every single millimeter out of it.

Then I just do a maintain pleasure routine :)

You don’t need to do much. I am maintaining and I am doing 100 dry jelqs, some stretches, and some kegeling twice a week. It takes 15-20 min.

I have lost no gains.You can do it in the shower when you will have a family. It’s 15 min twice a week. That kind of time we are talking.

I can understand losing some gains, but all of it? I thought the idea was to overshoot your goal size then stop.

Won’t a certain portion of gains become permanent? I mean you’re growing new soft tissue so why would it just disappear?

No, you don’t loose every single gain if you have cemented the gains you reached.

And if you’re at your goal and don’t wont to gain anymore.. you switch over to a light maintains routine a couple of days per week.

But if you just quit and skip the steps I said.. you will probably loose the gains you had.

I view it the same way I view bodybuilding. I true bodybuilder will never be ad small as they were when they started barring illness. If they maintain their size, little will be lost but if they straight up stop, more will be lost

I’m not so sure about that. I’ve gained a bit and have only been doing minor maintenance lately but have never come close to going back to my original size. The most I lost was less than half an inch.

I’ve heard before you can lose 25-50% if you stop cold turkey…seems reasonable to me. I can’t see how you could lose 100% if there has been actual (cellular) growth.
