When do you measure
I awoke the other morning with “morning wood” and decided to measure immediately since it was my day of the month that I measure. Much to my horror, I came in 1/4” shorter than the month before! I measured again after my workout, as is my normal custom and I was 3/8” longer! When is the “correct” time to measure? Even at the post-workout measure it’s still all me and not a falsely inflated number, right?
Also, along this line of questioning.. How often do you measure? I am measuring monthly. My logic is that it is a long enough time span to see results, but not so long that if I see no results I’ve wasted a lot of time doing something ineffective.
Starting: 5.5 BPEL x 4.3 EG
Current: 6 BPEL x 4.72 EG
Goal: 8 BPEL x 6 EG!
