I started PEing the fall of last year. I got a little too over-zealous and ramped up my workout after the first two months. I ended up taking about a month off in order to allow my dick rest and recoup from overtraining. I restarted about two months ago with the Newbie Routine and here is what my workout has consisted of:

5-10 min warm-up with a heating pad
Simple Stretch, three sets of 30 second holds in all four directions
200 jelqs
JIA Stretch, three sets of 10-15 reps
5-10 min heat session
Rub-down with DMSO to help loosen the collagen
50 kegels
two days on and one day off

My gains are harder erections and nice flaccid hang. No growth. My question is, what should I progress to next? I was thinking about keeping everything the same only moving my workout to 3/1. I’m open to suggestions.

Right now I’m looking for length. After I get .5” or so I might start to worry about girth.

Sta-kool, thanks for the article. When I first started PE I only jelqed with a flaccid penis, as the article suggests, and I made some gains. When I started looking around and getting a little too enthusiastic I started jelqing with a harder unit and that’s when my gains went away.
