So I’ve been PE’ing for 2 months now.. Have grown from 5.8 BPEL to 6.4 BPEL (this happened in the first 3-4 weeks and I haven’t seen much since).
The gains are definitely cemented as all of my erections come out to that size (at any time of day, even after blowing a first load).
I was wondering what some of the vets think should come next?
My current (and only routine ever used) is:
3-5 min warm up - usually hot wrap
15-20 mins stretching (down, left, right, straight out, then straight out with 10 second V-stretch intervals)
2-3 min BTC stretch
I still find kegels very difficult to hold longer than 1-1.5 seconds. But my EQ is solid. I’m saying a consistent 9 if not 10. Rockkk hard erections!
I have read a lot about Ring-O by Scream-O and thought incorporating a solid 30-40 min edging session after my routine and shower could be a good idea (right before bed).. I have also read some great things about all day stretchers and hangers.. I don’t think clamping is anywhere I want to go right now.
So I guess I wanted to pitch my proposed options for my next 8 week cycle, and get some inside from the pros. First, you should know that my goal at present is to increase length to about 7.3-7.5 BPEL. I am not too interested in focusing on girth for now. So here are my options I feel:
Same routine + 30-40 min edging session with a cock ring on
Buy an ADS and use it + add in 200-300 jelqs before bed, if possible
Buy a hanger and start light and gradually increase.
While PE is definitely being good to me, and I know it is a long term thing.. I’m looking for a quick fix here lol (to some degree - I’ve worked hard for my gains and have stayed determined and faithful to my routine!) I want to get up to that 7-7.5 inch mark asap!
