Whats going on?
Well I am about 2 and a half months in, no gains to report. For the first 2 months I did 10 mins of stretching and 200-250 jelqs on a 2 on/1 off schedule. For the last 2 weeks I have been doing 15 minutes of stretching and 300-350 jelqs on a 3 on/1 off schedule. Here is my question, for the last few sessions while stretching the underside of my glans where the ridge line is has been getting really hard and my whole head has been getting dark and the some purple spots have been appearing. Even today I was stretching and 2 large red spots appeared on my shaft about half way through the session so I stopped immediately.
Am I going about PE completely wrong? Am I over training? I just don’t understand why I have had no gains at all and why I have been getting so many negative signs. What do you all think I should do? I am trying my best not to get disheartened but nothing seems to be working out. Thanks for the advice, WBXL
