Is it best to do jelqs and stretches standing or sitting?

Are results the same or better one of the two ways?

Help me out here leave comments, input, solutions, whatever.. I prefer standing although when I do downward jelqs I like to sit at the edge of my seat it seems to be easier and my penis hangs lower.

I prefer sitting, but there is no incorrect way.

I believe that the majority of PEers Jelq while sitting.

Just do what is more comfortable for you. I also like to stand but for some exercises, it is just more beneficial to do them sitting (for me that is).

For stretches I stand because it’s easier for my dick to stay flaccid for a better stretch. I sit for jelqing to keep it semi-erect. But whatever works for you is good.

I do all my PE while sitting on the edge of my couch, I’m in it for the long haul so I might as well make myself comfortable.

I stand to stretch, sit to jelq. Too many jelqs to stand.

This was one of in general questions! Different strokes for different folks, just curious of other effective techniques performed.

I can’t beleive I have never thought about sitting. I usualy just stand all the way through.

I have the same epiphany you had sir. I’m just baffled right now that I haven’t thought of sitting. Just stand all the way through.
