I’d say my dick is about 6, maybe 6/1/4 inches. You know how some people have really large heads; well, I don’t, and this is a problem when it comes to gripping during stretching exercises. I feel like I have to grab on really tight and I’m worried about hurting my glans. Does anyone have any recomendations? Could somebody possibly link me to penis anatomy picture, or some links to good exercises anyone personally recomends?

Yeah it can be a little tough to grip it, I haven’t had any problems and I have been at it for a few months. My only advice is to get right behind the head, and then squeeze a little so that your glans will become a little blood engorged, this way you have a little more to grab on to. Currently I’m trying some exercises to gain girth in my head size because the girth of my head is a little under 5” while the rest of me juts out at 6”. I guess you get used to the grip overtime.

You might also want to use something as a grip aid. Some people use baby powder, I just use a piece of paper towel.

You might also try not pulling so damn hard. Extreme force is not necessary.
