What seems to be the best, every other day, five straight two off, two on one off, what’s everyone’s opinion?
It is good to start with 3 on and 1 off, but after that, it’s all up to you and your routine. Intervals depend on routine intensity, nutrition, available PE time, goals, etc.
If you stick with this long enough, you will have the opportunity to try several routines and pick the one that is best for you.
I have tried no time off, 6 on and 1 off, 2 on and 1 off, and am currently doing 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off which adds up to 7 days. On my off days I do my circuit training. The best part about this schedule is that I know Mondays and Fridays are my pumping iron days and all the rest are pumping cock days.
There is no secret that is best other then to not give up.
