Hello,

My current stats are

Flaccid Length 3” Flaccid Girth 3.5” Erect Length 6” Erect Girth 4.75”

What PE (non-device) should I do for EQ and EG ? Not much worried about EL, but if I get a bonus then why not ;) but main prob is EG and EQ.

Just start off with the newbie routine. If EQ and EG are your main focus, put the emphasis of your routine on jelqing, kegels, and edging instead of stretching.


Pre-PE: BPEL - 5.75", EG - Unknown

Current: BPEL - 6.25", EG - 5.188"

Goal: 7" x 5.5"

I’m already doing this , I think O.o yeah.. Manual stretches and wet jelqing.

The search function is your friend, but I’ll summarize it for you. Edging is repeatedly masturbating to the point-of-no-return (right before you orgasm and ejaculate), but without letter yourself “go over the edge,” as it were. Got it. But you know, I don’t want to get in to masturbation again.. Because I was really addicted to this from last 16 years (daily 5,6 times for 16 years) . And I think I’m having these problems (ED , EQ problem , Bent penis) because of this. So I want to stay away from this.

Maybe I should rephrase that: you’re repeatedly stimulating your penis and then stopping just before you reach the PONR. The constant denial of release is what’s boosting your EQ. Do you watch porn? If you do, stopping will massively help your ED. Also, do kegel exercises. They strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which also help with solving your ED and EQ issues. As for the bent penis, stretches can help fix this.

For someone who does it that frequently edging really sounds like a good approach. Especially for a girth seeker. It is recommended often to not finish every time you edge. Instead finishing every third day.

Many here clearly disagree that maintaining a pumped up shlong by not finishing is beneficial. I’m personally going to have to respectfully disagree based on personal experience. I recommend trying it before you dismiss it on hearsay.
