What happened to my EQ

My EQ has gone to shit. I’m going to take that as a negative PI - which means that I should probably take additional rest days until it returns. I was getting some positive PI’s like better flaccid hang and vascularity before. I feel like I’m close to skating that fine line that is the PE sweet spot. It’s hard because, as a newbie, you want to stick to your routine, but you also need to be able to be flexible and listen to the PI’s. Just finding the right starting point seems to be an art in itself. The second guessing can be deafening.

Hmmm. I might back off a bit after this quick break and see if I can sneak up on the threshold between positive and negative PI’s.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the idea is to ride positive PI’s until you just cross over into reduced EQ and then to allow recovery followed by riding the positive PI’s again, right? Is that the circle of life?

It depends whether you have verified your EQ is PE related Thibulous. There are many things that can cause it. For instance, if I was depressed about the size of my penis, and that gave me bad EQ I wouldn’t take a rest day because of it.

If you injured yourself take a day off though. I wouldn’t consider it bad EQ until you have had a few days of the same thing. You might have over-sexed yourself, drank too much, etc. All of which are just excuses to not PE that day. Know what I mean?

Yah. I hear you. It’s hard to say. What comes first, depression or poor EQ? :)

The EQ went down earlier in the week and then came back after 2 rest days. I then had two workout days and it sucks again. The only way to tell is to chill out. Like I said, I was getting really good PI’s and that’s not cause for depression.

What’s your take on the fine line between Positive and Negative PI’s? Do you wander into the red or just try and stabilize positive PI’s?

I only get bad PI’s from erect clamping usually combined with edging. So if I’m in a clamp mode, I just stop clamping. I can stretch/hang like crazy and it never affects my EQ level. My poor EQ from clamping is usually not a surprise, as I usually feel something unnatural that lets me know I’ve pushed it.

If something hurts my EQ I do stop it though. Luckily length exercises don’t affect me Thibulous. What exercises were you doing?

I’ve actually takin it really slow Thibulous. You want your body to adapt not resist a workout.. If you go to hard to fast your body will try everything it can to resist the change, but if you sit there and slowly start to make it change it’s easier for the body to adapt. Maybe your just going to hard to soon and I would probably give a 2-3 more days off or so if your erections are still not as they use to be and try icing down for 5 minutes then let it warm back to body temp then ice again 3-5x a day. Not sure if your use to body injuries but ice does amazing wonders.

Just stretches and jelqs. I recently added some fulcrum points to the stretches, but don’t think that’s the culprit. I would think that you could pretty much strech till the cows come home.

Ddolphin advised me a few weeks ago to cut my jelqs to a lower number and increase the time and focus, so maybe that effected things more than I realized.

So, unless you overdo the clamping, you pretty much maintain positive PI’s all the time?

Yeah, strictly girth work, I don’t do jelqs with any sort of conviction, but I imagine any sort of girth related PE can hurt EQ. Stretching just makes everything all good.
