I jelq, pump, stretch and most recent use a uli. Is the goal here to feel like you just did leg day? After I do my routine I wrap It all day so it’ll heal while It is extended but not too far that it’s stretching. Is this a good practice?

The goal of a good PE session is this:

To cause enough tissue stress to stimulate growth.

Within that, without getting too complicated there are 2 main areas:

1. Things that demand length…stretches, low erection jelqs, hanging, extending.

2. Things that demand expansion ..more blood volume in your cock…jelqing at @70/80%, squeezes, ulis, clamping, pumping.

Length stress feels different from expansion stress. Too much of either and it shrivels up in protest.

I think a good word is fatigue. Personally I feel fatigued after a session, I can still get a erection but my cock is like ‘aright buddy I’m tired’. Nothing ever hurts.
