What are all those short names

Title tells it all, I’d like to know what all those short names mean, like EG or such..
I’m only guessing EG means something like Erect Girth?
If that’s right, then there is another thing I’d like to know, like most of the people (in many cases Americans) say they have 5” girth.
I always thought an inch is 2.56 centimeter, so 5 inch would be like 13 centimeter of girth! That is HUGE in my opinion!

Anyways, can you guys tell me what all the short names mean and perhaps if you want to, give me a little info about it?

Then I have a new question; what exactly is girth?

Is it like how wide it is, from left to right, or is it 360° around the penis?

I always thought girth meant ‘wideness’ and when I saw people state they have 5” or more of girth, it always made me think I’m a baby in a man’s body. Come to think of it, last time I measured my circumference it was about 13cm, that should be something like 5 inches. :)
