Hi fellas,

I have something to say about my PE experiences. I was recovering from a ligament injury near the base until I noticed that my EQ went up. So, instead of resting for 2 weeks as advised by the seniors here, I tried PE again today which went GREAT!

I started with hot wrap for 10 to 15 minutes. By the end of warm up, I noticed the three large veins near the base popped out nicely. After manual stretches, I went ahead with wet jelqing. I tried jelqing with a variety level of erection, from 30% to 70%. However, for me, the right level is at 70% of which I literally blood rushing through my shaft to the glans. It’s not possible from any other erection level. I wasn’t gripping hard or tight so, the key here has to be the erection level.

Immediately, I felt big, as if my shaft expanded horizontally, a very good feeling indeed. Afterwards, just an hour later, I felt very girthy with just a low level of erection.

So my advice would be:

  1. Rather than gripping tighter and getting injured, get a proper erection level.
  2. Get that blood rush!
  3. Adequate warm up where your veins are well defined. That’s all. Good luck people!

I’ve experienced that recently also.

Once I get hard enough, I.e., still able to bend, then the jelqing is much tighter and more blood reaches the head and two or three second kegels keep things cooking.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Good erection level, yes. Most important: Slow jelqs and a good grip(not too tight, not too light) and also heat and good lubricant. Those all combined= growth!

I too have recently found that sweet spot. I find myself jelqing a lot more and enjoying it. I edge & kegel with it and by the time I hit 300 I’ve come very near my PONR although my erection is not 100%. Maybe 80-90%. I’d say 70-90 % is as good a guess as anyone can do as there is no calibration for measuring % of an erection.

Yesterday I did over 700 jelqs in 2 main sessions and a couple sets of 50 throughout the day! I’m going way further than I cared to venture into this jelqing. Lets see if there are gains there. I just measured so in a few weeks to a month I will repeat measurements.

The right formula! Yes! Today I’m at 400 jelqs and I’ll add more tonight.

Kegeling between jelq reps has always made my dick go to 100% erection, sometimes a tad beyond that. Always have to end up letting it subside.
