My water from the tap is not set to scalding so I was wondering if anyone boils or microwaves? The Tap is hot but I am not sure if it’s hot enough for sauna like effects. I am interested in knowing what you guys are doing and if you guys from 2005 are still using this solution. Thanks.

This sounds like a good idea, and I just tried I, but I think it’s a bit ineffective, takes too long I guess. Here’s another suggestion that I already posted once.
Take a bottle, (0.5L is optimal) then fill it with hot water from the tap. Lay on bed or sit on chair with legs up on the table and your dick facing downwards then just put the bottle on the dick and keep steady with your legs. Should be cooked and ready in 2-3 min =).

Pros: Fast, not dangerous, bottle keeps heat for long time.

I just pour hot water into a big cup and press it to my body.

The idea is not to get your penis hot. Nor is the warm-up something you should speed through.

When going to physical therapy they typically warm the tissue for 10-20 minutes. It’s about blood flow and relaxation of the tissue.

Take time with the warm-up. If you can find a way to warm-up and keep the tissue warm continuously (while hanging, pumping, clamping whatever you do) that is ideal. This old thread with the penis sauna is an interesting idea, but having a couple of microwaveable rice socks or moist heat pads (which you can buy at the drug store), is a better option. You can use these for your pre-warm up and then continue to use them throughout.

I tried this and it works, but I feel it takes too long. The best result I’ve had s with rice socks, especially keeping warm while on a continuous basis while in my routine. I read in another post to keep the rice socks in a cooler with warm water which is how I keep them warm.

A good pre-warm up and continuous heat is the way to go, jfbtimes2.

I read that thread and it seemed he was saying to pre-heat a bunch of rice socks and keep them in a little thermal cooler so as to have a ready supply of them as the routine progresses.

You mentioned warm water. You’re not soaking them are you?

Your method sounds good and inexpensive. I use something they sell here in the US in most major malls in those kiosks. It’s some type of fabric filled with beans or something. Your supposed to use it for your back or other areas that need heat. I pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes and then just put it on over my underwear. Actually I’m not soaking them, I actually fill it with hot water to keep inside the cooler extra warm. The socks sit on in bowls so they don’t get wet.
