Warming up, Cooling down
I discovered that using a warm wrap does not work well to warm my tool. If your in the same boat, try using a large plastic mug full of the hottest water you can stand. Place your member in it and turn the mug up to cover your fat pad, for me this gives a most complete warm up of my tool and tunica. After my PE exercises I use cool water in the mug, with ice to cool down. Just wanted to share, it works well for me!
