Wanting some thunders url's please
Coming back to PE but considering i have never given it a full focus i decided to start it right. If some of you thunders members could please give me some url’s for the following things please.
Girth(I have jelq right i think it is the best)
Length

also i have never looked into other excersises what do you recommend.
so far i thought to start lite this is my schedule
3 minute soak
1 minute of up,down,left and right jelq stretches(I call them)
1 minute of jelq (wet)
1 minute of jelq (wet and hold blood at head)
1 minute of jelq (wet)
1 minute of jelq (wet and hold blood at head)
Release the pressure(if you know what i mean)
End of shower
Also i would like some excersises that promote permanent growth. I don’t mind keeping up the excersises though
