Want to know if I'm doing this right
Ok tell me if this routine is alright ( I just started doing PE 2 days ago )
1 .I first do the warm wet towel thing then I do the JAI routine ( as shown in the tutorial ).
2. Then I go take a shower and do my jelqing ( usually around 150 times or for about 10 min ).
3. I do the wet towel thing again dry off and wait a few minutes.
4. I then do my manual stretches which consist of 10 sets of 30 seconds ( up, down, left, right, straight).
As noted on the website that I got the stretching from I slapped my penis on my leg 75-100 times after each set of 10.
5. Then I do the circular stretches 30 times left and right for 5 sets and then slap penis 75-100 times on leg again.
6. I do the wet towel thing again just incase ( can never be too careful ).
7. Then while watching TV I do the Fowfer routine ( I believe thats how you spell it ) the person said he does it for sometimes 90 minutes , but I usually do it only for about 20-30min.
My penis feels fine and I was just wondering if I’m doing this in wrong order or if what I’m doing shouldn’t be done in this order or if infact this is too much for me to be doing so early in PE.
Id appreciate any critism and hope I get good feedback thank you.
