Want to know if I'm doing this right

Ok tell me if this routine is alright ( I just started doing PE 2 days ago )

1 .I first do the warm wet towel thing then I do the JAI routine ( as shown in the tutorial ).
2. Then I go take a shower and do my jelqing ( usually around 150 times or for about 10 min ).
3. I do the wet towel thing again dry off and wait a few minutes.
4. I then do my manual stretches which consist of 10 sets of 30 seconds ( up, down, left, right, straight).
As noted on the website that I got the stretching from I slapped my penis on my leg 75-100 times after each set of 10.
5. Then I do the circular stretches 30 times left and right for 5 sets and then slap penis 75-100 times on leg again.
6. I do the wet towel thing again just incase ( can never be too careful ).
7. Then while watching TV I do the Fowfer routine ( I believe thats how you spell it ) the person said he does it for sometimes 90 minutes , but I usually do it only for about 20-30min.

My penis feels fine and I was just wondering if I’m doing this in wrong order or if what I’m doing shouldn’t be done in this order or if infact this is too much for me to be doing so early in PE.

Id appreciate any critism and hope I get good feedback thank you.

That sounds OK. Just do not go crazy with the intensity of the stretches and try jelqing at less then 50% erection level. Also, your routine might be a bit ambitious with many steps and moves… Might be hard to stay consistent for a longer period of time but if you have the drive and are motivated, stick with it and make it a habit.

It could be a good idea to use a fixed pattern of rest days with your routine now in the beginning. 1-2 rest days during the work week and weekends off maybe?

Finally, take a BPEL measurement (I usually recommend taking a digital photo of it to be 100% sure) right now so you can gauge your progress and decide if what you are doing actually is working.

Routine looks good. You probably could do less stretching but like I said, if you feel it is doable, stick with it!

The intensity is fine I think, and there is no difference in the order you do the excercises.

Well thx for the support. I have no idea about all the measuring and how to do it.. I know if I put a ruler next to my cock I can tell how many inches.. Thats it lol. I don’t have anything that I could post pictures on the net so..

But my stats so far are 3.25 not erect and about 6-6.25 erect. No idea how to measure girth. I hope to be 8+ inches : ).

Get a tape measure for girth. Or get a piece of string, tie it around your penis, then measure the length of the string.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

I forgot to say this in last post. I thought id just throw this out here and maybe a pro would possibly know the answer. I was wondering if I did something that is known as muscle confusion but for my penis. Like do different stretches each day and other routines instead of the same constant routine. You guys think that would increase growth rate like muscle confusing does for the rest of the body ?

A few people on here are working on that theory, but call it superconpensation I think (might be wrong about the name). As of yet we have no conclusive evidence to support that theory, but many will claim that switching your routine up is a good thing. Keep in mind that you have to calculate your off days as well because they are crucial in plans of that calibre.

Maybe later on in PE I will try this out for myself but for now since I’m so new ill just stick to what I’m doing..
I do find stretching to be long and annoying. Also I feel like a complete dumb ass doing it LOL. If one of my roomates some how saw me doing it they would surely die of laughter.

Hopefully this all works and in 6 months I can post again saying I have to wheel a cart around to hold my penis hahahha.

Get your self a ruler, get your best possible erection, stand up straight, place the ruler on top of your penis so the edge of the ruler follows the middle of your penis through your pee-hole, bend your erection down so it is parallel to the floor, press the ruler into the pubis bone at the base as hard as you can (this is where you take a picture if you have a camera) and note how long your penis is. This is your Bone pressed erect length (BPEL) and this measurement is very good to have to monitor growth since you will get very consistent measurements with method.

To measure girth you can do what Okish6er said or just buy a tape measure, wrap it around your base, write down the measurement and do the same measurement mid shaft on your penis.

Regarding “confusing” the penis; we do not know if it will increase growth rate. Personally I think it is best to stick with a relatively constant routine where you keep adding time each week to your stretching/jelqing/extender work etc. and use rest days when needed. Keeping a log, measuring at least every week, staying consistent and taking a rest day when you feel you need it will most likely be important factors in making it grow well.

Keep forgetting to say things all in one post. Does BPEL = Before Penis Erection Length?? Not sure if it does just tried to figure out what it meant : / .

Well soon as I posted that you explained it to me babbis so thank you. The part you said about adding time I believe it would be hard for me seeing as all that I do now takes up so much time !! Also I can’t just do this at so easy because I have to stealth PE so as that my roomates don’t know. Right now all the stuff I do takes me around 2 hours not counting the fowyer.

2 hours! Wow! Maybe you should consider doing less in the beginning. Not to discourage you but I personally do not believe you will be able to stay consistent with a manual routine that takes you two hours. A total time of 10min jelqing and 10min stretching should be enough for a beginner like you to get things started. You can do fowfers when ever you feel like it.

Hey I was wonderin if I can do Fowyers even though today is my off day. I read from a few people that they do fowyers everday and for a few hours ( not all at once but at all different times of the day equaling a few hours).

Any comments would be helpful thank you.
