How long should I be on the newbie routine before I start clamping. Because I heard it can halt your erect length gains.
Here is what Big Girtha Said:
“First off if you ARE a newbie, you have no business clamping at all. These are very intense exercises and should only be attempted by those who have really toughened up the penile tissues to withstand the abuse. Also Aggressive clamping is not for those of you still hoping for significant ERECT length gains. The following exercises will probably slow BPEL gains, and might very well stop them all together. What the following routine will do is give you a big FAT dick that hangs heavy and looks great Flaccid. It will also give you erect girth. But erect length, I’m not so sure. To my knowledge only hanging, traction wrapping and the wearing of a nearly constant ADS will do that.”

So with that said how long do people wait before they start clamping?

Usually when manual exercises cease to give any more gains. No point moving onto advanced equipment unless you have to.

Whoops didn’t see that part about significant erect gains. Time to cut out clamping completely. Is ADS considered advanced? Like an advanced form of manual stretching?

I would have thought anything to do with equipment is considered ‘advanced’, yes.

That makes sense. Although ADS ontop of manual stretching would help more I thought. I only do about 15 minutes worth of stretching during my routine and some threads I’ve read people say to do around 30 minutes or more which I don’t have time for.

Don’t do what other people are doing. Who says you need 30 minutes of stretching per session to grow?

I don’t remember who, but I haven’t measured in awhile and don’t plan to until the end of July. Then I will be able to tell if the 15 minutes is enough. The end of July will be about 2 months and a half since I’ve added manual stretching.

Don’t waste your time with clamping, it only enlarges the CS. Giving false gains, undetectable by women, only good for the look of the penis, not considering the discoloration and all.

That is highly debateable position and one that most of the guys who clamp on this site disagree with.
