Sup fellas, been jelqing/stretching on and off for awhile, but in the last three months became dedicated to reaching my original goal. I have a desire to be above average, my original length was 5.7 and now I’m around 6.4. Regardless, the thought of injuring my dick is pretty horrifying, I keep to the basics and make sure that everything feels right, no pain involved. In the video tutorials the man who demonstrates the exercises seems extremely intense, to the point of it appearing dangerous to his wang. Is that the intensity that everyone here uses?

To answer your question, you should do a search for Physiological Indicators (PI’s). Just follow the routine with the highest intensity you feel comfortable with and look for negative PI’s.

The basics, jelqing and manual stretching, are really all that’s needed. You’ve already seen gains with your routine. You should be able to get back into PE and be safe just as you did before. Each man must determine what is good for him. The member who made the videos for us may have a higher tolerance for intensity than you feel you do. As long as it’s working for you, keep going until you think you’re ready for more.
