I’ve been participating in PE on and off for about four years now. I haven’t been a regular poster. Back in college I was nbpl 5.75 with a 4.75 or so girth.

Today, on my best day (not cemented) I am bpl 7.5 with 5.8 girth. I am now 35 y/o.

I have recently come to appreciate something very important. Diet is huge, at least for me, in PE. In particular, you want to avoid vasoconstrictors such as caffeine, and consume vasodilators such as cocoa and rooibos tea.

Why? In brief.. Coffee will make your dick small.

For me, the effect of altering my intake of these substances has been huge. It has aided me in overcoming a two-year plateau (I wasn’t too smart).

In order for me to see benefits, I have switched to one or two cups (cups) of coffee a day from about a liter of coffee a day. Instead of several cups of coffee at work, I have begun drinking organic cocoa powder mixed with hot water. The concoction is rich and satisfying if bitter. It is also mild euphoric and stimulant. Chocolate is one of the most powerful vasodilators you can consume, and the effect for me has been noticeable. In evenings (particularly this winter) I enjoy several cups of rooibos with my wife, who has recently begun looking at me funny (stealth mode). Erections are extremely firm and repeatable, they are also a little larger in girth on average by about 0.1-0.2”

Most notably, the flexibility of my penis during an exercise is much greater. Girth exercises will result in 0.25” more ballooning during the actual exercise. Post workout measurements are greater. Returns to pre-workout size take much longer.. On the order of several days.

Vasodilators have also made a HUGE difference at the gym during cardio. My heart rate is lower and breathing is easier. I am less lightheaded. I easily see the signs of lower blood pressure that I frankly have never before experienced.. Except maybe in middle school before I began consuming large amounts of caffeine.

I very strongly recommend that members here consider the vasoconstrictor/ dilator content of their diets.

There is no question to me that I have discovered a new level of potential.

Yes i stopped drinking soda(dont drink coffee) and have a better flaccid although it still sucks just not as bad. I used to easily drink 5 or 6 cokes day. Lost a good bit of weight as well.

I’ve cut down my caffeine consumption by about 80%, used to drink 2-4+ shots of espresso a day now I don’t drink coffee but might have some tea depending on the day. Outside of PE I feel much less worn out and run down, and in the PE realm I’ve noticed nothing but positive changes. My EQ when I had just drank coffee used to be about what it is now, solid 9 or 10, but when I’d come down from the initial rush (say after 2 or 3 hours) I’d be lucky to get an 8. Granted my general health is way better now too, but I’m sure it was a factor.
