V-stretch to the left and right

V-stretch to the left and right

Are these bad to do? Does anyone do them, I searched and couldn’t find anything.

Or just up and down are the way to go?

Stretching is not bad as long as the unit is warmed-up and the stretches are done with moderate force (no more) and held for 20 - 30 seconds.

These are basically the same thing but using some assistance. But then again these could be considered a little too advanced for you. You can do V and A stretches in all directions and at different parts of your penis. Just don’t over do it.

Thanks, I have no interest in doing them anytime soon, probably after 3 month mark.

Just picturing it in my head seemed kinda weird to do a vstretch to the left or right, not used to it bending that way I guess.

Remember that stretches are done totally flaccid, so you can stretch it and bend it any way you want.
