Using a Clamp as SEX aid??

I have problems getting a full erection and the only way to really fill up for satisfying sex or masturbation is to use my cable clamp…. I always seem to have bad EQ and was wondering if its because I’m using the clamp? It maybe a bit extreme… Thoughts?

I am a diabetic and have suffered really bad EQ for some time. PE has given me a strong looking unit but only when I reverse kegel. I have been using a Ring of Power to have sex, which is a neoprene tube rolled up into a donut and slid on. If I hold it tight and kegel I can get so hard it hurts. This stays for long enough to have sex and has been a life saver, however.

Kingpole told me he was taking about 300mg of Gingko each day, so I upped my intake about 2-3 weeks ago and low and behold the Ring of Power now stays in the top drawer.

I lilke the clamp because I can release it easily I tried a cock ring but it wasn’t tight enough and wouldn’t get it rock hard…..

I really want to know if using the clamp as a cock ring is going to damage my penis and give me worse EQ??
