Hello, I have read so much information regarding PIs and such, but it feels like I have many positive ones, but a couple negatives and I need help interpreting what they’re telling me.

So after doing PE for about a month and a half consistently, I haven’t really had any gains, maybe 1/8 inch in length or so. I did the newbie routine for the first month and only recently switched to doing 5on/2off with less jelqing and more stretching, with proper warm ups/downs, and kegels throughout the day(I usually do 50-100 bursts of them about 3-5 times throughout a day). My EQ at its best, is insane, and I feel great about it; every time I go to bed or wake up, I am hard as nails, even if I wake up in the middle of the night. In addition, my flaccid is thicker and longer, but again, my erect stats havent really improved much. However, halfway though sex sometimes, my EQ just kinda goes to crap, usually to about 50-60% erection; I then have to work back up to a ‘full (90ish%)’ erection again to keep going. I feel like most of my PIs are positive, but losing an erection is embarrassing and I’m wondering if its PE related, and if there is maybe something I can do to fix it. I don’t exactly have a lot of experience so I was hoping someone who has more than me would be willing to help me with interpreting this, and maybe give some guidance on where I can go from here. :/

Are you using porn to PE? If so, stop. I also find that PE can use up your sexual energy.

How are your PI’s an hour after PE?

I’m not a big fan of the 5/2 early on because I don’t think it gives your unit enough time to heal/repair/build. Everyone is different but conditioning properly is critical to a successful PE career.

My PIs afterwards feel fine. It’s warm and hung about an hour after, maybe a little tender? Maybe I should cut back to 2/1 or even 3/1? I switched to 5/2 because PEing on the weekend isn’t really an option for me, so I wanted to take advantage of the time I had during the week.
