Unable To Maintain Hardness For Jelqing
I am a new PE user and after reading all these inspiring stories, I’m very excited to start my own journey of gains!
First, a little information about myself.
I am 20 years old with a 3” erect penis.
I have a few noobie questions.
First, are there any herbal medications you can take to increase the blood flow? Not to increase size, but more blood flow to the penis for better growth. I heard ginseng helps in this manner?
My second question is quite embarrassing. I’ve tried jelqing once before; however, I wasn’t able to perform them properly because I couldn’t maintain my erection. Obviosuly, you need to have some level of hardness for this exercise right? It was really frustrating to lose my hardness during the excercise and eventually I lost hope. Is there any way to maintain my erection for longer? More kegel excercises?
Also, my member is pretty small (I know) so should I start off by doing only stretches first?
