Unable To Maintain Hardness For Jelqing

Hello everyone,
I am a new PE user and after reading all these inspiring stories, I’m very excited to start my own journey of gains!
First, a little information about myself.
I am 20 years old with a 3” erect penis.
I have a few noobie questions.

First, are there any herbal medications you can take to increase the blood flow? Not to increase size, but more blood flow to the penis for better growth. I heard ginseng helps in this manner?

My second question is quite embarrassing. I’ve tried jelqing once before; however, I wasn’t able to perform them properly because I couldn’t maintain my erection. Obviosuly, you need to have some level of hardness for this exercise right? It was really frustrating to lose my hardness during the excercise and eventually I lost hope. Is there any way to maintain my erection for longer? More kegel excercises?

Also, my member is pretty small (I know) so should I start off by doing only stretches first?

I would really appreciate any feedback

You can have hardly any erection (10-20%) up to about 60% — my personal opinion


Kdong Starting: 7.1 x 5.125 vol = 14.84 cu. in. Current: 7.1BPEL 5.5 MSEG = 17cu. in. GOAL --> 8.5 x 6.5 vol: 28.6 cu. in.

Took Time off, lost some gains-- Girth cemented

No PE since 2015 -- starting back up

I think people misunderstand Jelqing. You don’t have to be fully erect and you actually shouldn’t jelq fully erect especially if you are new to doing it. You can do it anywhere from 20-60% and that is fine for this exercise.

Stretching is definitely something you should be incorporating.

Current 5.5 NBPEL x 5.75 Base EG - 5.25 MSEG 7" BPSFL

Short Term Goal 6 NBPEL x 6 MPEG

Long Term Goal 8 NBPEL x 7 MPEG (why not dream BIG?)

I also have a problem maintaining sufficient blood flow for jelqing. L- Arginine taken a few hours before (on an empty stomache) seems to help. So does looking at mild porn, but becoming dependent on it isn’t good either. In my opinion, you should aim for 40-70% erection for jelqing.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
