Hey guys, if any of you are on the newer linear program, you know like 2 days on 1 day off, only 20-30 jelqs then add more as the weeks add up. Do you guys find it better to take the day off or because you’re not doing as many jelqs, keep going without the break?

I’d say that it’d be up to you, make sure you’re watching your PIs and like the thread linked states no need to add on to what is still working. If not then you may want to add on little by little.

You’ll be ok carrying on, that is a very light routine indeed.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

At which point should I begin to take that day off? I mean like when I reach 50 or like 100 jelqs in a workout?
