Those who've doing Manual stretches for over a year consistently

What sort of stretches and routines are you guys doing now. What sort of stretch do you find really the most useful.

Last month I was doing 3 types, BTC, up and straight out. I dropped BTC because I had always done this in PE and found it probably wasn’t much use anymore, couldn’t pull any harder and it ached my balls. Now I’m thinking upwards isn’t doing much plus it’s for tunica gains isn’t it and I’m already doing something else for that. So I’m thinking I’ll just double the amount of time for straight out. Doing 2 sets of that a day.

I’m just feeling a bit stuck on what to do since I’ve changed things about so much over the time. Krod really did things right, just slightly adding more time of each exercise basically every month slightly. If I can find the right routine targeting all things and make gains in one month. I’ll do the same and slightly add to it each time.

I think it is force and length of time no matter what you do. I do normal stretching - 30 seconds this way, 30 seconds that way, helicopter, etc. I think BTC’s are great when you can kep the grip. I’ve recently added JAI stretches which I think are helping out.
