This stuff does work..!

I gave in. I couldn’t help it.

It looked a lot longer last few days and yes on measuring I was delighted to see a solid 6 and 10/18ths of an inch (just over 6.5NBP) at about a 90% erection. I remeasured around 4 times until my erection subsided.

I’m pretty sure I’m a tad over that on a “good day” i.e when I have had more than 3 hrs sleep and drinking heavily the night before. I tried to get a picture and I really should for my progress report. I had sex last night and this morning also.

I started off at around 6” perhaps slightly under. Lately I have been asking myself was I really measuring right before and basically doubting but there was no way on god’s earth I was ever near 6.5. This measurement was taken right at the base to the tip of the glans along the top, with the penis at just over horizontal.

My goal of 7” NBP will hopefully be with me by Xmas, it’s a big ask but possible. Based on more than half an inch in under 3 months I figure if I incorporate diminishing returns this could be done.

I never thought I’d be able to consider myself hung but it’s starting to happen.

I started in June, PE’d for 6 weeks. Got injured had a month off and have been back a month. So basically I’ve been PE’ing just under 3 months. The last month of which has been consecutive.

Going forward, just keep doing what I’m doing now. Length orientated routine, days on and off as I feel.

As an aside these spots on my glans are pissing me off. You would not notice them if you didn’t know they were there.

They have not healed completley and I figure it would take and extended break to get rid of them. A break which would decondition my dick which would mean I’d be more suseptible. Kind of a catch 22.

I just hope they don’t form into a kind of scar tissue, they disappeared when I took a few days break and applied cream.

Those are fast gains in my book, 7”+ is certainly possible before Christmas with the dedication you have.

I have started measuring as accurately as possible to follow my progress: bone pressing my ruler and sticking a 2” piece of tape at right angles onto the ruler. After my glans touch the tape, I move the tape up to the next goal - usually 3mm more, this gives me short term motivation.
I measure weekly to follow my progress and adapt my routine if the results slow down.
I find bone pressing to be more accurate than NBPEL measurements to see weekly gains.

I had some small raised, red spots on my glans a few months ago, not related to PE but they looked the same as the red dots I used to get from pumping. I managed to get rid of them with an anti-bacterial liquid soap.
If they are caused by too much pressure, they usually disappear within 3-5 days.

I won’t miss a PE session, even if I’m shattered I’ll force myself to wakeup and do a little lol.

My routine changes quite a lot, I tend to do it on feel and intuition, something years of training in sports and weights has given me. It almost always involves manual stretching for at least ten minutes.

Yeah those spots are a nuisance man, same two ones on the left hand side of my glans. If I stop they go. I think they are very common but I admit I am a worrier with things like that, don’t want them getting permanent.

Do you use much heat? I looked back at my results log and I started using heat 1 month ago and I have gained 1/4” in length. Throughout my routine I would reheat - it definitely increased my gaining speed.

Another thing I noticed is if I add up all my stretching, it adds up to at least 15 minutes per day, I never used to hold so long and didn’t grow as quickly.

Yes I do at least a 15 minute warm-up, sometimes longer. I will re heat mid session if I feel I have cooled down too much but I could this a little more to be honest and in fact I will from today. I’m going to buy an IR lamp at some point.

Re the stretching, yes I like you respond better to lots of stretching. I generally do 15-20 minutes also. I have experimented with 30-40 second intense ones, and 1:30-2+ Minute moderate ones. I have also started to incorporate V stretches lately.

Thinkig about it when I went on holiday to Egypt way before PE within a few hours of landing my dick had got bigger, I think heat is a must for at least us two for growth. I have read some accounts of no warmup and gains however. I am 5.5 girth so I really need to be “pliable” to get the most out of stretching.

Way to go LH! Your going to hit your goal before the end of the year, no problem. Get that IR, and do use it all through your routine.

I’m sure at the rate your going, your next goal will be 8, and with your tenacity you’ll be in the really big boys club before you know it!

Hey thanks BB. I’ve always always always thought of myself as having a dick under 6”, short but squat. Despite the evidence literally staring me in the face I have to constantly remind myself that I’m almost 3/4 of an inch bigger.

I know I always harp on about stuff like this but I may embark on serious dose of visualisation and PMA stuff soon. Set aside 20 minutes of my day to really engrain the notion of 7+ dick. I’m a strong believer in this type of thing. What the mind can conceive I can achieve is my attitude, kind of a hangover from past sales jobs :)

During the week I will do my best to get a picture btw.

For me it’s hard to wait until the month is over because I would like to measure everyday. But now I’m making some kind of surprise, a present. So I can’t wait till 18November :P

I keep checking your progress because we both started with about the same measurements. I’m trying to keep pace and I’m close…haha.

I joined in May 07 but didn’t start PEing until June 08 because of an injury. So my gains are coming pretty quickly too.

Wow, that’s brilliant LH. With your dedication and a year or so, we may well hear of you for the rest of eternity as a PE legend :) .

So keep up that brilliant work and always believe that you and only you are in charge of your life, not some mother nature or destiny, and you can change it.

Inches are measured in 1/4s, 1/8ths, 16ths, 1/32nds… of an inch. Where did you find a ruler that is marked in 1/18ths?
