Things that affect growth and PE

Hello everyone, has anyone had any experiences where things like daily exercise/working out that has positively affected your PE? Or any diet recommendations to attain better blood flow even, anything helps. I play sports and run/lift weights 3 times a week.

I would say that maintaining a good level of arginine has some good effects on your body. It helps to produce more NO particles in your blood which is responsible for widening blood vessels. However be careful with supplementation because I have read that long term use might cause some disorders and be counter effective. Good natural source of arginine are peanuts and almonds

I do believe that regular exercise helps better blood flow. Seems to give a better resulting hang afterwards too, but that could just be personal experience.

A good, healthy diet also helps replenish nutrients helpful in the healing process.

All in all, diet and exercise compliment PE nicely, I think.

I drink a lot of water shortly before and during PE workouts. Full hydration means full blood volume for full erections.

Awesome input, my diet is well rounded and I drink tons of water and exercise so I’m good. Thank you all for the helpful responses I’m really enjoying it here :)

Cardio and weights training are great help to PE definitely, I found in particular they affected my girth gains. Need to keep that EQ at max capacity.

I use L-arginine/L-citruline daily and I’ve been getting positive results. Prior to using the combo, I used L-arginine and several other supplements. As it has been stated on the web (in articles) I need to use at least 4-5 grams for positive results. Zinc, garlic, ginger and ginseng are other good choices for supplements. :-)

Nice to see that you got results from this supplements. I did not have that luck, did some mad supplementation based on arginine and citrulline, going from pills to powder, AAKG and citrulline-malate, from lower doses to higher doses (up to 6g). Did nothing on me.

Finally the citrulline-malate run out, that thing taste exactly like vomit.

When I take my supplements in the A.M. I can actually feel the arganines working. I’ll get an easier swell on my member. I sometimes split up, 3 or 4 grams in the morning and 2 or 3 in the evening. Depends on how much PE I’m doing. If I’m pumping a lot that day, the more the better for me. Sorry it didn’t work for you, this stuff isn’t cheap,,,that’s for sure!

Yeah, they are not cheap. Even worse for me, that had to ship oversea them all. For now I will stick to the exercises itself, maybe someday in the future I try again these aminoacids or anything new. Cheers.

Arginine is great for EQ but doesn’t agree with me and should be taken with caution if on has low blood pressure.
