After my rant a bit ago I took a few days off. Then I started again Monday..
10min stretches
-3min downward
-3min outward
-3min upward
-Then for about a min each I
I would take my left hand and
Grip my penis with the “OK” grip at the glans
Then I bend just the head to the right and pull left
I felt a lot of tension in the ligs this way and I slowly stretched em
Farther than I thought I could. I also attached my right hand to it for more force
-I did the same thing with the right hand, to the left side.
(No clue what this is called let me know if it’s new)

-Horse 440 every 5min
I did this every AM and PM for 3 days..
And I just measure this morning and I’m 5.5NBP”!! (+.25)
And about 6.2BP so yeah.I’m happy :)
I was thinking of taking today off but I’m not sure because I’m afraid of losing gain lol.
