The younger you are the bigger it gets
I recently read that the younger you are the easier gains are because the ligaments and so on are more flexible
And it will stretch more easily. Does this mean that I at 19 will get gains easier than some one of 40? Does it also mean that had I of started P.E at 15 I could made huge gains compared to now. Has anyone ever P.E ed in the late/early teens and what results did they experience?
