TGC Theory Smooth muscle vs Tunica

Ok so my measurements are sporadic I decided to just look on here for info to fix it. I found Remeks post about TGC. MIne is more BPFSL then BPEL at about half and inch. Mostly because I cannot get a full enough erection to measure correctly which annoys me. So I need to have a girth heavy exercises to increase my smooth muscle in my penis.

I have gotten one persons input on this I would like a few more. I want mainly length gains. But in order for me to grow I need to do girth exercises.

My question is that if I do the girth heavy exercises like TGC says I should will the gains most likely be in length because my tunica is more developed and just need more smooth muscle to cut off the veins more. Or will the gains be girth because I’m doing girth exercises and ill have to wait to gain length until after I have increased my smooth muscle. All opionions are very much appreciated.

It’s probably worth ignoring TGC, it’s constructed on misunderstood anatomy, uses evidence taken out of reasonable context and infers too much. For example smooth muscle must relax to allow for an erection. It was a bravura attempt by Remek and Iguana and I learnt interesting stuff from reading it but it’s not anything approaching reality.

EQ is your issue with measuring? How is your morning wood? These were always the most consistent erections for me, and would occur at least 8 hours after any PE, so most if not all swelling would have subsided by then.

Keep a ruler by your bed and measure right when you wake up (or, in the middle of the night, if you wake up with one then).

According to this theory, if you were doing a length routine of just hanging, every day for multiple hours and reaching fatigue, eventually you would stop making length gains because of the amount of smooth muscle you have. That doesn’t make sense. If you are doing the right angles and using enough force and time, you can keep gaining. There is a limit to the amount of added length you’ll get from stretching ligaments, but not with the tunica. Even if you reached a point where you could no longer supply enough force and/or time and you stopped gaining, it wouldn’t have anything to do with the amount of smooth muscle you have.

I may lurk for a bit. Not sure how long I’ll hang around this time. PE is still relatively far down the list of importance for me compared to days past, but I’m going to explore whether I can bring it back in a way that is compatible with my current reality.
