I have struggled with PE for several years now and unfortunately I really don’t have much to show for it. Trust me, I am not a doubter ready for an argument, I truly believe that PE works. I have a pretty small penis and I feel like I have always suffered with poor technique. This usually results in injury, poor EQ, and time off to recover. This is a terrible cycle to get stuck in because consistency is very important for PE to be successful.

I now have my own place to live without any roommates and I am very interested in giving PE a serious go! Does anyone out there have any advice, particularly with regards to technique. I have a heat lamp and fully understand the importance of warming up, I also know that I need to stick to the Newbie routine to get my dick used to PE again. I’m just wondering if there is something out there that I can try that might offer me greater success.

If your records are correct, you’re 5.7 bpel x 5 girth… which is perfectly perfect for 90% of the women out there. Nobody is going to leave you for your size except for maybe size queens… and if you’re the right size for size queens then you still have 10% that aren’t going to want to sleep with you for being too big. So to repeat that. Your size is great. You do not have a small penis.

Sorry for some reason I don’t have advice on technique.

I think the best advice is to stick with the Newbie routine until you feel comfortable enough with trying other advance techniques. Investing in an ADS might be useful as well. Finding the right one might prove to be hard. I have yet to find one that won’t slip on me…

I agree, you aren’t too small. However, give this a read. If you have his determination I’m sure you will benefit.

Advice - Be steady, gentle, and firm all at once. IE: Know what you are doing and do it firmly (75% strength) so your doing it, but not over doing it. you don’t injure yourself and thus don’t have to take time off. Approach PE as if you where a working with a horse. If you are calm, smooth, and steady the horse will respond. If you are rough, impatient, and over aggressive. The horse will shudder and trot over to the other side of the field and you’ll have to wait for him to come back over to you, witch could take all day….. if he does at all.

Also since you have a place all to yourself. you could do what I do. At night I PE in the bath. You dont need to take a full on bath. Get the bath full enough to submerge your junk. Just sit there for 5-10 minutes and let it take in the heat from the water. Give it a message to loosen it up for the workout. Then just sit yourself on the side on the tub. Feet in the water. Do the stretch routine. Then sit back into the water to warm up again. Add more hot water if needed. Give a message. Then sit back onto the side of the tub and do the jelq routine.

I’ve only ever done the newbie routine. I have never hung, clamped, or done anything like that. I’ve sustained many injuries before while doing manual stretches so I may stay away from them altogether unless you guys feel its essential for gains. Honestly my main focus is a healthy dick with better EQ. I figure if I do things properly then the gains will come. I did the linear newbie routine for a while and still sustained an injury.

I’ve noticed that even after a long warm up, 30 minutes with a heat lamp, I still have a very firm penis. I’ve never really had a heavy, spongy dick that many people refer to. Even with only a 50% erection I have a very firm, almost hard dick. So whenever I try to perform a jelq I get a painful pinching feeling usually on the sides of my penis.

Any thoughts?

I think you might be using too hard a grip and too hard a dick. When I first started the newbie routine it absolutely killed my EQ. I had to start with far less than most people and I think you may also be in that boat.

Try just light jelqing (after a 5-10 min warm up) for only 5 minutes, 3 days a week. The best description I’ve read of how to jelq (and I don’t remember who wrote it, so I apologize for not being able to credit the author) is that it’s like running your fingers down a stick covered with honey to get the honey off. You don’t need tons of pressure (at least not at first). Also, start with fairly low erection jelqs (say 30-50% erect). Do this for a few weeks and I think you’ll see only good signs.

Then, add one minute of jelqing to your routine each week. When you’re up to about 10 minutes of jelqing, then change from 3 days a week to 2 days on, 1 day off. If signs still look good (i.e. no injuries and solid EQ), then start to add some stretches: start with a single set of 30 seconds stretches in 5 directions (down, left, right, up, and straight out). Keep this up for another week or two, and if you’re still getting good PIs, then increases your stretches from 30 seconds to a minute. At this point I would escalate the routine each week, alternating between adding an additional minute of jelqing and adding an additional set of stretches until you’re doing up to 20 minutes of jelqing and 5 sets of stretching.

I know this seems like really slow and tedious increases, but, given your history of injury and EQ issues, you really need to build up carefully in the beginning. Do this for six months and then report back. Good luck!
